Preventive Care - Annual Physical

Have you done your annual check up?  If not, this is a friendly reminder that an annual physical is very important in keeping you healthy.  A yearly physical exam, which also includes screening tests like cholesterol level, anemia, diabetes screening, well woman exam, colon screening, etc.  will detect problems before they become serious.  Your insurance covers an annual physical so you should do it.  A yearly physical is part of preventive care and prevention is the key to living a healthy, happy life.  Please contact  your physician's office to schedule your check up.
